COMPETITOR FAQ’s

When can I access the rodeo grounds

Competitors cannot access the rodeo grounds until Monday, 3 August 2025.

All competitor camping, stock contractor camping is inside the race track at Buchanan Park. Competitors can only get access to this area via GATE A - VIA SIMPSON STREET

HOW DO I COLLECT MY Backnumber/wristband?

Upon arrival, please go to the secretary’s office to collect your back number, wristband, (1x companion wristband per competitor). We will not give you your back number or wristband if there are any outstanding nominations to pay, or stock movement records.

companion ?

All competitors will receive 1x Companion Wristband only. If a competitor is under 17 years of age and needs to be accompanied they too will only receive 1x companion wristband.
